The evaluation and award-giving ceremony for "2008 best 100 hotels of China", organized by Travel+Leisure magazine of Shanghai, will be held on Oct. 16 at Shanghai Oriental Art Center. Sources disclosed that Jinji Lake Grand Hotel was elected among the 100 best hotels.


Jinji Lake Grand Hotel, located in SIP and adjacent to the international standard 27-hole golf course, covers an area of 35 hectares of land surrounded by Dushu Lake on three sides and commanding picturesque lake views and garden scenes blended harmoniously with 5 villa buildings. The central part of the hotel was dominated by an inner pool linked up with the lake, and every building is accessible to water. The northern hill slope of the premises is covered with camphor groves. The natural terrains and waters and landscaped courtyards give off a cultural taste of elegance and quiet atmosphere.


The staff of the hotel was greatly inspired by the news about the award of "2008 best 100 Chinese hotels".
