Suzhou Industrial Park, as the only "national demonstration base for service ouitsourcing" in China, is attracting more and more attention of the outsourcing enterprises of the world by its superior policies, carriers, HR system, cliental, and financing and living environment. On April 18 to 19, another international outsourcing delegation from USA, organized by SIP Outsourcing Association, Sipac, and Beijing Sibo Business Consultancy Co., Ltd. and SIP, came on a second visit to SIP for further survey of the region and seeking opportunity of investment and cooperation partners in offshore service outsourcing.
The delegation attended "SIP Exchange Meeting on Service Outsourcing" on April 18 morning. The delegation members included several well-known multinational corporations like BearingPoint Consulting, Cisco, Inventec, Marriott Group. At the meeting, Tang Jiecai, President of SIP Outsourcing Association and President of Suzsosft, gave a briefing on the investment climate and the development of service outsourcing in SIP. Representatives from Founder Software, RFXP Technology, Tellhow Software also took floor to introduce the service outsourcing in their enterprises. Face-to-face talks were then held between the enterprises of the two countries on investment and outsourcing projects, and meanwhile, some of the delegation members had a round-table exchange with the leaders from Sipac, SIP Bureau of Investment Promotion, and SIP Economic and Trade Development Bureau on the development and international cooperation in service outsourcing in Suzhou, and how to achieve win-win results by multinational companies and the local service outsourcing enterprises.
During its survey in SIP, the US delegation visited Dushu Lake Higher Education Town, Creative Industry Park, Suzhou Int'l Science Park, China-Singapore Science Hub, and Weiting Township. The delegation was favorably impressed with the quality of SIP outsourcing enterprises, the pro-business approach of SIP authorities, and the construction of outsourcing carriers, and most of the members have expressed intention for further contact and project negotiations while reaching initial agreement on some of the investment projects.
