At the opening ceremony of Vesuvius Foundry Products (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. on June 7, the three subsidiaries (Vesuvius Advanced Ceramics, Vesuvius Foundry Products, and Vesuvius Zyarock Ceramics) of Vesuvius Foseco Group in SIP donated 1 million RMB to the people of the quake-stricken areas in Sichuan through SIP Charity Federation.

When making the donation at the opening ceremony, Mr. Alan J. Ridley, President of Vesuvius Asian-Pacific Division, expressed that the devastating earthquake that occurred on May 12 in Sichuan shook the hearts of all the senior managers and employees of Vesuvius Group, and that as a growing enterprise in China, Vesuvius will join efforts with the people of the disaster areas in rebuilding their homeland.
