The newly opened scientific and educational personnel market at Dushu Lake became the site of a grand high-level get-together on June 11 between the leaders of some 40 enterprises and 10 tertiary institutions in the area, organized by the employment steering center of the higher education town authorities and MHT Managers? Club. The face-to-face communication and exchange between the enterprises and schools opened up prospects of future in-depth exchanges and cooperation.

The ten universities in Dushu Lake Higher Education Town have currently a potential reserve of 12,500 personnel in the five major fields of bio-medicine, software and computer science, advanced manufacturing, nanotech and new materials, and modern service industries, and it is to provide a recruitment platform for the enterprises and universities in SIP that the personnel market has been established.
