China Merchants Bank held an inauguration ceremony for its small enterprise credit loan center HQ in SIP on June 18.

Ma Weihua, President of China Merchants Bank, told the guests at the grand gathering that the establishment of the small enterprise loan center it is part of the strategic transformation in the bank's business operation, and the center in Suzhou will be charged with the responsibility of management of small enterprise loans with emphasis on the Yangtze and Pearl River delta regions.

It is the first time a national banking business center is ever set up in Suzhou with the approval of National Banking Supervisory Commission.
