NUS Suzhou Research Institute Qualified for Application of NSFC

Approved by National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), National University of Singapore (NUS) Suzhou Research Institute has become its backup organization, which means the Sino-foreign research institute is eligible for application for NSFC's projects.

NUS Suzhou Research Institute embraces six sci-tech areas: nano-materials and applications, energy and environmental technology, biomedical engineering, advanced electronic devices, agricultural and food science engineering, and interactive multimedia and software development. The institute focuses on cutting-edge academic research as well as applied research and industrialization of research fruits. During the year since its startup, NUS Suzhou Research Institute has undertaken nearly 20 scientific research projects at national, provincial and municipal levels and published 21 influential papers on SCI.
